Each floor has one master bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, bathroom  and living room, all decorated in classic maritime New England style.  With a sleeper couch in each sitting room, each unit can accomodate four visitors. The antique furniture is carefully selected to evoke the ships' captains' dwellings that have distinguished Middle Street since the early 19th century. Currently, we charge $150 a night for each floor, or $900 for seven nights. Information on renting the whole house available upon request.

Location

Once the busiest port in the Northeast, Wiscasset is steeped in three centuries of history.  From a fort built during the War of 1812 to house museums from the whaling era, there are plenty of sights to take in.  Wiscasset also boasts countless antique stores,  and Red's Eats, the legendary lobster-roll shack that's become a "must eat" for any visitor to Maine.  A 25-minute drive from beaches North and South, Wiscasset is also equidistant from popular tourist destinations Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta.

Property

The property is a spacious New England clapboard house with a large yard and a . The sound, where lobstermen still drop their traps every morning, is visible from the yard. Floors are rented separately. Off-street parking, internet, and cable are provided.
